Lead, Operations & Facilities
Richard is an Operations & Change executive with 20+ years of cross-functional and collaborative leadership experience. Prior to joining the Vital team, Richard was a valued client for over 15 years!
Richard’s career has spanned a variety of Executive and Management roles in Change Management, Facilities Management, Health & Safety Leadership, Operations Management and even Client Service Delivery and Account Management.
His expertise is invaluable to Vital clients, particularly as they navigate the workload and complexity of re-opening their businesses and returning employees to work.
As a seasoned coach and people leader, Richard has launched and led a variety of change initiatives in operations, service delivery and health & safety. He is known for his ability to drive culture changing actions, strategic planning, and end-to-end execution.
Characterized by his ability to influence and drive results, Richard is sought out to tackle the most complex business challenges for his clients. He is notorious for his practical management and problem-solving skills and as the “guy who gets things done!”.
